Often called "Sex Addiction" in the media.  Dr. Lee sees this disorder  as a complex  emotional personality, relationship and intimacy problem.  If left untreated, a person's hypersexual behavior can result in devastating personal and relationship consequences. Men and women often characterize this problem as having sexual urges or behaviors that appear extreme in frequency or are uncontrollable. The person with this disorder does not consider the effect of his /her problem on his marriage, relationship, school, or work.

It is often the mental rush of the sexual conquest that  drives  the person into: lying,  infidelity, habitual  internet use for porn and /or emotional affairs, and risky sexual conquests.

All services are provided in Dr. Lee's offices in Palm Beach. Medical referrals are given frequently as needed. The sessions deal with mind/body issues and are generally 60-90 minutes each.  Brief sex therapy is generally completed in 10-15 sessions.
